We start with a free in-home consultation. No obligation. If we're a good fit, we draft a care plan and introduce you to independent caregivers from our local network. You meet them. You choose who you employ — we handle the matching and scheduling.

Are you a registered HCA? Come work with our families.
Steady shifts across the East Bay, North Bay and Sacramento Valley. Omni Bay will arrange the execution of your surety bond and liability insurance, as well as perform a background check and an audit against the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Home Care Aide Database to ensure you have an active California state HCA certification and First Aid and CPR certified.
